Requirements
This feature released in 02-16-19 is available for the 2019 Standard, Pro and Badass plans. To set it up you will need permission to edit surveys settings in Crewhu + Connectwise REST or Autotask SOAP integration.
Business Purpose
To write survey notes back to Connectwise or Autotask, adding these notes to the ticket, making it easier to see important information without having to change between programs.

Feature Description
To activate this feature, go to Settings > Survey and under the Miscellaneous section click on the Write Survey Back checkbox:
From now on, every note added to a survey in Crewhu will automatically be written back to the ticketing system
In Connectwise:
Crewhu writes back to Connectwise the following information:
- The latest Crewhu Rating associated with the ticket
- A link to the Crewhu survey from the Connectwise ticket
- The survey feedback added to the internal note section of the ticket
- A list of surveys and survey detail using the survey tab
In Autotask:
Crewhu writes back to Autotask the following information:
- The last 2 Crewhu Ratings associated with the ticket
- The survey feedback added to the internal note section of the ticket
- Survey Notes (available on 2019 Pro and Badass Plans)
