Considering CrewHu is helping establish better culture in organizations, I think that showing the badge images when they are issued instead of just Text via Slack/MS Teams is key to ensuring better recognition.

I feel this is very important because we would like to use custom badges that speak to our own culture, but what good are the badges if employees don't see them when we're sending them praise ?

I feel this is a big missed opportunity to Flex the benefits of badges. They are symbols of how awesome our teammates are doing.
