we would like the ability to run cycles  that restart. potentially monthly or quarterly. this would allow for a reset of prizes and everyone would start at an even playing field as prizes are revealed.  hopefully building excitement about achieving high results in order to be able to make their desired purchase before others buy it first.

  This would also be useful for employees who don't redeem their bucks and end up having hundreds of dollars in unspent bucks. Why wouldn't you spend your bucks though?! :) Most employees spend their bucks but a few don't. It would be useful to have this expiration so bucks don't get out of control in one redemption.
