You just need to have access to the Reports.
The purpose of this article is to show how to schedule the CSAT Details Report to be sent automatically to your customers by email, so they can be more aware and engaged to improve the relationship with your company. It's a win-win game.
How to Do It
In order to schedule the report email to your clients, follow these steps:
- Access the Reports in the left vertical menu;
- Click on the Customer Filters tab;
- Flag the option Enable scheduled customer reports;
On this page, you will see the Default Timeframe, and below the list with your clients. Click on the customer you want to schedule the report to. Once you click it, you will see these settings:
1 - Use default: If this option is enabled, the timeframe will be based on the Default Timeframe on the previous page. If disabled, you will set the timeframe as you wish for this customer, with the options below;
2 - Timeframe: Choose whether you want your customer to receive the data regarding rolling days, a preset date, or from/to;
3 - How often?*: Choose whether this report will be sent weekly or monthly;
4 - Weekday / Day of month: If your previous choice was weekly, in this field you will select the day of the week. But if your previous choice was monthly, in this field you will select the day of the month;
5 - Email recipients: Fill in the email of your client's contact that will receive the email;
6 - Active: Flag this option to activate this filter;
After that, click on the Confirm button.
