Introduction

The Crewhu Hub is your new central place to engage, recognize, and track everything that matters to you as a team member. It brings together all the key interactions that keep your team motivated, productive, and connected, in one place.

The Hub is an interactive home screen that shows you, at a glance:

• Surveys you’ve received (CSAT, NPS, etc.)
• Badges you’ve given and received
• Leaderboards for contests in progress
• Your Crewcoins balance and direct access to the Prize Store
• Your notifications

All of this in a responsive experience, working beautifully on desktop and mobile devices.

How to Access the Hub

After logging into Crewhu, on your Home screen, the Hub button is located in the side menu. Clicking on it will open a new tab with the Hub.

What’s on Your Screen

1. Welcome Greeting: Your name and a friendly greeting.
2. Navigation Menu:
   • Contests: Track your performance on active contests.
   • Cafe: Your main Hub feed for chatting and keeping up with badges and contests from your team.
   • Prize Store: Redeem your Crewcoins for rewards. (see more)
3. Light/Dark Mode Toggle: Quickly switch between light and dark mode for the best viewing experience.
4. Crewcoins Balance: Your current Crewcoins balance. Click on it to see details of earnings and redemptions.
5. User Profile: Click your avatar to access your profile settings (see more) and see the redemption status of your prizes (see more).
6. Give Badge Button: Toggle to send a badge to a teammate, one of the fastest ways to recognize and motivate people on your team (see more).
7. Post Box: Write a message to share with your team. Add formatting, emojis, or GIFs to make it stand out.
8. Filter Buttons: Filter your feed by:
   • Surveys: View recent feedback surveys.
   • Badges: See badges given and received.
   • Contests: Check your contests, rankings, and rewards.
9. Feed Content: See what’s happening in your Hub feed: contests won, badges given, and updates from your team and the Crewhu Bot.
10. Feedback Widget: Have an idea or found an issue? Here you can send your suggestions directly to the Crewhu team!

Make Hub Your Default Home Page

The Make Hub as Default toggle lets you choose the Crewhu Hub as your starting point every time you log in to Crewhu. With this, instead of landing on another page or module, you’ll go straight to your personal Hub feed.

1. Log in to Crewhu and go to the Hub.
2. Click on your profile icon (top right corner).
3. Click the toggle option for “Set HUB as default.”
   

Next time you log in, you’ll land directly on your Hub. This can be changed back at anytime.

How to Create a Post in the Hub

Sharing is caring! The Post feature lets you share updates, shout-outs, ideas, or any news with your team right in the Crewhu Hub feed.

You can use this to celebrate a team win or milestone, share a fun GIF, make an important announcement or simply spread motivation and good vibes.

The “create post” area is visible at the very top of the Hub page:

1. Click in the box and start typing. Use the options at the bottom to add bold, italics, lists, colors, emojis, or even a GIF.
2. When you’re happy with your post, click the Send icon (the arrow) to publish it to your feed. Everyone in your company will be able to see it immediately!

Note:
Currently, Cafe posts can only be deleted, not edited.
