Introduction

The Prize Store is the space within the Crewhu Hub where you can exchange your Crewcoins for prizes and rewards. It's a tangible recognition system that transforms your achievements and contributions into real benefits.

The Prize Store is a catalog of prizes available for redemption using the Crewcoins you've accumulated through:

• Received recognitions;
• Survey participation;
• Contest completion;
• And other activities valued by your organization.

It can be accessed by clicking on the "Prize" icon in the main navigation menu.

Crewcoins Balance

In the upper right corner of the screen, you'll see your current Crewcoins balance available for redemption.

Search Bar

At the top of the page, there's a search bar that allows you to locate specific prizes by name.

Prize Cards

The interface displays available prizes in card format, organized in a grid. You can see the representative image of the prize, the quantity you'd like to redeem, and its cost in Crewcoins.

How to redeem a prize

1. Browse the store until you find your desired prize;
2. Verify that you have sufficient Crewcoins for redemption;
3. Click on the prize card to select it;
4. Confirm your redemption (if prompted);
5. Your redemption will be registered and can be tracked in the "My Prizes" section (see more).

Available prizes are configured by your company's administration.
