Introduction

Your Profile Settings area lets you manage your personal information, copy your email signature, and keep your account secure.

How to access

To access your profile settings section in the Crewhu Hub, click on your avatar/profile picture in the upper right corner of the screen and select the "Settings" option from the dropdown menu. You will be taken to your personal settings page where you can manage all your details.

Info

In the Info section, you can view your Details, add or edit your Birthday, and view and update your Avatar.

Tip:
Click your profile picture to upload or change your avatar.

Email Signature

In the Email Signature section, you can:

• Choose the Setting you want to use as a signature survey or link
• Copy the survey link to send it manually
• Choose the format for your signature (e.g., Image Snippet, Text Snippet)
• Copy the HTML/image snippet or the plain version to paste into your email client

How to copy your email signature:

1. Use the dropdown to select your snippet format.
2. Click Copy HTML or Copy to grab your signature and paste it into your email client.

Security

In the Security section, you can:

• Change your password by entering your Old Password, New Password, and confirming it. Passwords must be at least 8 characters, with at least one number and one letter.
• Enable MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) for extra security. Click Enable MFA and follow the setup steps.
