Introduction
The My Surveys is the space within the Crewhu Hub where employees can quickly access all customer surveys they have received.
This view centralizes the employee CSAT and NPS responses, making it easy for them to follow their performance, understand client feedback, and review the context of each interaction.
How to Access My Surveys
After accessing Crewhu Hub, click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select My Surveys:
Clicking on it will redirect you to the page with your most recent surveys. There, you can open the details of any survey to see ratings, tags and comments (when available).
Important:
Only Employees have access to My Surveys. Managers and Admins should look for Pulse to see all their team surveys.
What’s on Your Screen
My Surveys page will show your surveys and NPS, from the newest to the oldest. As soon as you enter the page, this is what you will see:
- Rating
- Ticket number
- Company or Contact Name
- Date and Time
- Survey status (if reviewed or not)
Once you click on a survey, you will be able to see more details, like the Survey Tags and Survey Comments:
