Ability for a "Tell us why you" form field on the NPS Thank You pages
ImplementedOur executive team is asking for me to put a "Tell us why you answered 5" (or 6 or 7 or whatever) open-ended form text field in the NPS Thank You pages.
Is there a way for us to do this already? I'm not seeing one, so adding this to the Feature Requests.

We do have an open question for comments on the survey page, before the thank you page. At this moment the field is optional.
This is the page that opens up after the customer clicks on their rating in your email:
