Closed Ticket Exclusion
Crewhu includes tickets with statuses that are technically closed but do not send surveys to clients. We use "Closed - Silent" status to close a ticket that's a duplicate or in other scenarios where we don't want to send a survey (or any email) to the contact on the ticket. This messes up the CNV calculation that Crewhu reports because all of those tickets are included. The work-around to move those tickets to another board is not good for other business reasons, so we'd like the ability to exclude a specific status from what Crewhu considers "closed tickets."
