Import Template Repository (CSV)

Several functions in CrewHu allows importing data, but no Import Template is available. Existing documentation does not provide example/template CSV that clearly outlines required fields and limitations to the document. I would love to see:

• CSV Template Repository within CrewHu or each page having a corresponding "template download" link
• Updated documentation with explicit details around required fields/limitations to uploads for all sites that allow an import. 

External Metrics is specifically where this information is lacking and the import had very specific requirements (ie: only 2 columns allowed). Documentation does not include any details regarding the import table requirements: External Metrics: Gamify any metric and automate it using scheduled emails – Crewhu

The same could be said about the Organization info, company/contact lists, etc. although these allow manual entries that can assist with what the import should look like. Having a downloadable template from the get-go would still make these efforts a lot easier.

  Just asked for this in my onboarding call, since hard to format external processing without knowing the parameters
