Closed ticket notification
Officially AnsweredI can't believe no one has asked this, there has to be a way to include customer name or email in the closing ticket notification email. Right now we have several variables on tech side but nothin on customer side!

Crewhu provides only the survey piece of the message. All the text, settings, and placeholders need to be added to your template on your PSA. That really depends on what PSA you use and the placeholders they have available.
