Gathering FeedbackWe will always act on any negative feedback we receive by contacting the end user directly. At least, we attempt to - however quite often, we then find ourselves somewhat ghosted, and so can not easily get to the bottom of why the end user gave us negative feedback. Sometimes, we may see we didn't hit the mark. But it's far more liekly we hit all SLAs, comms was good and the issue was resolved in a timely manner.
To that end, it would be really hand to be able to select a tick box that forced the end user to leave a comment when leaving feedback, so we have a hint as to why they are unhappy. I would like to see this as a tick box for all feedback options, so we could turn on forced comments for negative, but not necessarily for positive.
