Reporting on Different CSAT Surveys

Need the ability to report on different CSAT Surveys. We currently have the standard CSAT configured to track our ticket closures, but use a custom CSAT to track our closed projects, but in the portal lumps these together from a reporting perspective. I should be able to select and run custom reports depending upon where the CSAT originated from.

  We're happy to announce this feature has just been RELEASED!

  On your CSAT Details report you'll now find a filter called "CSAT Settings" that allows you to select different surveys, switching between main and custom or combining them however you'd like!
