Request to Include the Employee Picture in the CSAT Email Body
I remember seeing in the demo -- before we implemented Crewhu -- how clean the picture made the rating screen look. I mistakenly thought the employee portrait was part of the email sent out for closed tickets, but it actually doesn't come into play until the end-user clicks a rating and is taken to the webpage. I feel like we'd see an increase in click-through ratings if this picture were also added to the email that gets sent.
