Admins to Award Themselves Badges
Gathering FeedbackI know this seems counterintuitive - but we have an Admin of our system who is responsible for assigning groups badges after employee events. We use the system to give out participation badges for things like dressing up for halloween, competing in our annual holiday bake off, etc. This person unfortunately always misses out when they participate since they can not award a badge to themselves.
We'd like to see the ability for Admins only to be able to assign badges to themselves.

Hi Erin! I love the events you've mentioned, it's awesome you're running them and rewarding your teams for it!
The easiest workaround at this point would be to create a contest for it and manually add points to everybody who should be awarded. I believe it's not too much more work than manually sending out the badges.
I'm thinking an interesting idea would be to automate/schedule special badges for everyone, like the ones we have for birthdays and anniversaries, but for holidays and company celebrations. I1ll check with my team if there's anything similar in the works and get back to you in a few days.Comment actions
