Notifications for Admin that is also a manager...
We have users that we want to have admin rights to manage settings in the portal, but we don't want them to have to get all the emails for every survey. We only want them to get them for the team members they manage. We can work around this by setting up a separate admin account, but then we are charged for that account. If we set the profile scope lower, it doesn't allow us to give the user admin rights to settings. I can think of several ways to remediate this.
- Allow full control of permissions when changing the profile scope.
- Add an override at the user level for notifications.
- Add an option for administrators to only receive notifications for themselves and users that they manage.
I think option 2 would be my preference.
