Combine survey and badge notifications

When a badge is given as part of a survey, it would be nice if you could just receive one email instead of two. As an MSP we get a ton of email and anything to reduce the clutter would be great. If you had survey notifications turned off, you would just receive the badge notification and vice versa, but if you had them both on, you would receive a combined email.
