Survey Responses/Customer Rating in AutoTask
I have already reached posted something on AutoTask's enhancement request board, but thought maybe if I added it here as well, we could get some traction. Unfortunately, their API does not allow this, but maybe you could give them a nudge? It's beneficial to see the average rating of the customer in the system. I believe you do populate a UDF in AutoTask with the most recent rating? I feel like that would be better if it was the average survey rating.

Hmm, now that I think about it, would you be able to calculate the customer's average survey score and then update a company level UDF in AutoTask whenever the company gets another survey rating? That would be a nice addition until when/if AutoTask allows you to update the average rating that shows on the customer page via the API.
