While CSAT conversion rate reporting and details are present, are we able to get conversion rate on NPS campaigns and surveys?

  Hi Chris! We are happy to announce that we now have this feature!

  If you go to Reports > NPS Details, at the right, besides the existing information, you'll see now the Conversion Rate calculation:

  

  It will measure the relation between the number of NPS surveys sent in the period X NPS Surveys responded.
