Scheduled CSAT survey settings changes OR API endpoint to modify survey settings

I would like a way to schedule changes to my CSAT surveys, specifically the Rating Type (icon sets and verbiages associated with each), and possibly the "Survey Page Copy".

Jan. 1st - change icons icons to New Year
Jan. 2nd - change icons back to "Winter"
Mar. 20th - change icons to "Spring"
Apr. 1st - change icons to "April's Fools"
...

If building a schedule system into CrewHu proves cumbersome, perhaps an API endpoint that allows me to modify survey settings would allow me to build it out myself.
