Overview
The “My Tasks” feature in Crewhu is designed to boost employee productivity and organization. It allows users to easily view and manage all tasks assigned to them in a centralized interface. In this first version, tasks are created directly from the list of responses in one-off NPS surveys, ensuring feedback is turned into actionable tasks. This feature not only helps track individual progress but also promotes accountability in task completion. Additionally, it helps employees stay organized by providing clear visibility of expectations and deadlines, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
How to access?
Navigate to the side menu and find the "Compass" section, then click on “My Tasks”. This will take you to the tasks screen displaying your tasks organized into two columns: “To Do” and “Done.” This layout allows you to immediately see what needs to be done and what has already been completed, helping you prioritize activities and optimize your time.
Change the status of a task
Drag and drop the tasks you want to change status from one column to another. This way, tasks will be better organized and updated with a single action.
View task details
For more information on a specific task, simply click on the task card. A side panel will open, displaying all relevant details, such as task name, due date, task type, current status, and a full description. This detailed view allows you to better understand each task and act more precisely.
View task reference
In addition to managing tasks, you can also understand the context behind each one. In the “Reference” tab, you will find details related to the entity the task is linked to, making it easier to identify the origin and importance of each activity. For instance, if the task is connected to an NPS campaign response, the tab will display full details of that response.
