Crewhu Hub
After you activate your account, you will be able to use Crewhu Hub. The Crewhu Hub is your central place to engage, recognize teammates, and track everything that matters to you as a team member.
In one convenient place you’ll find the surveys you’ve received, the badges you’ve given and received, leaderboards for contests in progress, your Crewhu bucks balance with direct access to the Prize Store, and all your notifications.
What's on Your Screen
- Cafe: the Hub's main feed, where you keep up with badges, contests, and conversations from your team.
- Contests: track your performance on active contests.
- Prize Store: redeem your Crewcoins for rewards.
- Crewhu bucks balance: shown at the top of the screen; click it to see details of earnings and redemptions.
- Give Badge button: send a badge to recognize a teammate.
- Post box: write a message to share with your team, with formatting, emojis, or GIFs.
- Filter buttons: filter your feed by Surveys, Badges, or Contests.
How to Create a Post in the Hub
To publish a post, click the post box at the top of the Hub page and type your message. You can use formatting options such as bold, italics, lists, emojis, and GIFs. When you’re ready, click the Send arrow to publish it. Everyone in the company will see the post immediately.
Note:
For now, Cafe posts can only be deleted — they can't be edited once published.
Give Badge: Recognizing Teammates
The Give Badge feature is a way to recognize your teammates for their efforts, achievements, or the everyday things they helped you through. Whether someone went above and beyond, showed great loyalty, or demonstrated customer love, this feature lets you celebrate them with a personalized badge and a message.
How to Give a Badge
First, toggle the Give Badge button, located at the top right of the Cafe screen. This opens the badge selection window.
You can choose a badge in one of two ways:
1. Quick Select: click directly on one of the badge cards shown — great for smaller sets of badges or when
you already know which one you want.
2. Browse All Badges: use the grid icon next to the badge carousel to open the full Badge Selection Modal,
where you can search by name and preview any badge.
Each badge may have a fixed value (e.g., 100 points) or allow you to set a custom amount within a defined range, depending on your company settings. Your remaining budget is displayed in green on the right to help you manage your allocations.
Once you've selected the badge, choose the recipient and write your message. You can format it with bold, italics, underline, lists, emojis, and GIFs. Once you're happy with the badge, recipient, and message, click the Send icon (➤) to complete the recognition.
Note:
Formatting, emojis, and GIFs won't appear in notifications sent through Slack or Microsoft Teams — but they will be visible within the Hub platform.
Recording a Video Message (Optional)
Sometimes words aren't enough — that's why you can also record a short video message to go along with your badge. Click the camera icon in the message area to open the video recorder in your browser. The video is attached to the badge and viewable by the recipient within the Hub (it won't appear in Slack or Teams).
Best Practices for Badges:
- Be specific: Instead of simply saying “Good job,” mention the situation you’re recognizing. For example: “Thanks for covering that urgent ticket for Client X last night.”
- Recognize people promptly: The closer the recognition is to the event, the more meaningful the badge will be.
- Use video for special moments: Consider sending a video message for more meaningful recognition or important milestones.
- For managers: To send badges to an entire team at once, enable Show Group Options under Settings → Recognition → Badges.
Crewhu Bucks
You can earn Crewhu Bucks by receiving badges, participating in customer surveys, completing contests, and taking part in other activities your company chooses to reward.

Prize Store: Redeeming Prizes
The Prize Store is the space within the Crewhu Hub where you exchange your Crewcoins for prizes and rewards
— a tangible way to turn your achievements and contributions into real benefits. You can access it by clicking the “Prize” icon in the main navigation menu.
In the Prize Store, you can see the following:
- Your Crewhu bucks balance: Displayed in the upper-right corner of the screen, so you can quickly see how many Crewhu bucks you have available to redeem.
- Search bar: Located at the top of the page, allowing you to search for a specific prize by name.
- Gift cards and prizes: Available rewards are displayed in a grid. Each card shows an image, the prize name, and its cost in Crewhu bucks.
To redeem a prize, browse the store until you find the item you want and confirm that you have enough Crewhu bucks. Then, click the prize card to select it and confirm the redemption if prompted. Once completed, your redemption will be registered and can be tracked in the My Prizes section.
Note:
Available prizes are configured by your company's administration, so the catalog may vary.
Best Practices:
- Check your balance first: Make sure you have enough Crewhu bucks before selecting a prize to avoid surprises during confirmation.
- Track your redemption: Check the status in My Prizes, as some rewards may take a few days to process.
- Use the search bar: When the store has many items, searching is often faster than scrolling through the entire catalog.
