Introduction

Before setting up SSO inside Crewhu, make sure you've given the right permissions at Office 360. For Crewhu to be able to connect with Microsoft, check if the application has admin consent for “sign in and read user profiles.” If admin consent is not granted, users will be blocked from authenticating.

If you're using groups inside your Microsoft instance, check if all users who need access are added to this group and if the group has the right permissions.

How to Set SSO Login

In order to access Crewhu's platform using Microsoft, follow the steps below:

• Access the platform using the address https://web.crewhu.com/#/login-sso to enable the "Sign In with Microsoft" option, as shown below:

• Click the button to open the pop-up and enter the email address, that must be the one used for the Crewhu profile and also have an active Microsoft account:
  
   
• Select your account type:
  
   
• Enter the password to sign in to Crewhu using Azure SSO:

Important:
The SSO will not replace Crewhu login and password and the activating of new accounts through the link on the email invite is still required.
