Tagging technician in Slack notifications

Would be nice if crewHu notices tagged the technician in the Slack messages for Survey responses.
Something that customer thermometer does and is a nice way to ensure the tech sees the feedback (i'd rather not use the email feature)

  Hello! I also think this would be an awesome idea. I just submitted a support ticket asking for the feature, and the technician suggested I add it to the message board here.
