We would love to see the ability to have a "private" option added to contests so we can have a big reveal to announce the winner(s)

  Well, we do consider the leaderboard visibility to be key to engaging employees in healthy competition.
  
  A big motivator in gamification is actively trying to overcome someone else or your own personal record.
  
  There's nothing similar to a private contest planned at the moment, but I would love to understand more about the use case you have in mind to see how we can help.
