This template for client communication was created so you can use it to share with your clients your partnership with Crewhu, such as the NPS Campaigns that they will start receiving from you.

Below you can copy the email template, edit it as you like, and send it to your clients' emails.

We have an easy and quick way for you, using an NPS Campaign (Net Promoter Score), to express your overall satisfaction with our company, and how likely you would recommend us. That's how we can be aware of our strengths and weaknesses, always looking to best assist you. Below is an example of the kind of survey email you will receive from us:

Simply click on one of the numbers that represent how likely you would recommend our company. You will be taken to the following landing page where you can perform a few actions:

1) Easily change your rating if necessary;

2) Click on the radial buttons to tell us what is good or what needs improvement (not mandatory); 

3) Write additional feedback to help our team celebrate or to give us tips on how to serve you better in the future (not mandatory);

4) Click on “Submit”.
