Sometimes, due to different reasons, an adjustment on an employee's CrewHu Bucks balance is needed. With this article, we'll see the options to counter the transactions made on CrewHu:

• Points surplus - redeem a prize
• Points below expected - award a badge
• Contest Rewarded - revert the Contest
• Badge Given - cancel the badge
• Survey Received - cancel the survey or the survey badge
• Prize rewarded - Cancel the prize

Important: the Crewhu Team is not able to perform bucks adjustments of any kind. Refer to the steps of this article to perform adjustments using the available features.

Points surplus - redeem a prize

Create a prize specific for points adjustment, that will not have an actual prize at Settings > Recognition > Prizes list:

Points below expected - award a badge

Create a Badge with flexible value that is visible only to specific users at Settings > Recognition > Badges list:

Contest Rewarded - revert the Contest

Sometimes a contest is rewarded by mistake, or the results are not correct, and so on. To remove the bucks awarded via contest, you can revert the contest.

Badge Given - cancel the badge

Badges can be canceled/removed at Rewards and Recognition > Badges:

Survey Received - cancel the survey or the survey badge

If the Survey went to the wrong employee, or if it was a test survey that shouldn't count as CrewHu bucks, it's possible to remove the survey at CSAT History:

Prize rewarded - Cancel the prize

If a prize was rewarded, it's possible to cancel the prize at Rewards and Recognition > Prizes:

Note: If it's an automated prize that was already processed, even if the prize is canceled, it will not be refunded
