Introduction
For some PSAs and platforms, Crewhu provides two types of integrations: REST API and Snippet-Only.
This article explains the differences between these integration types and their main characteristics.
Snippet-Only Integrations
Snippet-Only integrations allow you to collect essential ticket and survey data, such as:
Ticket details (assignee, customer, contact name, etc.)
CSAT survey responses
These integrations are quick to set up and provide the necessary information to measure customer satisfaction, but in a more limited way.
REST API Integrations
REST API integrations go a step further. In addition to collecting ticket data and CSAT responses, they offer a higher level of automation and customization.
Each platform has its own features, but for example, our REST API integration with ConnectWise enables you to:
Survey Writeback: Crewhu can automatically write customer survey results back to the original ticket as an internal note for full traceability.
CNV Report: Crewhu can generate a detailed conversion rate report, considering the % of closed tickets that received surveys.
Employee Sync: It's possible to automatically update your employees' list based on the ConnectWise list.
Advanced Gamification & Metrics: Features like response time, resolution time, billable hours, and other advanced metrics are only available with REST API integrations.
