Add Crewhu to the Team
Confirm that you are logged into an admin profile on Crewhu and on MS Teams, select the Team that you wish to integrate.
Choose a channel on this team and click the "+" button to add a new tab:
Search for the Crewhu app and click the icon:
Click the "Add" button on the pop-up:
And confirm clicking the "Save" button on the permissions:
In the new tab called "Crewhu" click the blue button to connect the Team to the Crewhu account:
This will open a new tab in your browser showing the Integrations page in Crewhu. Click the "Confirm" button:

Set the notification layout
In Crewhu, go to Setup > Integrations and locate the MS Teams section:
There are two types of notification layouts: Standard and Advanced.
Standard: notifications are less visually rich, but they have the advantage of being displayed completely, without the need for the user to click on it to display it.
Advanced: visually it is much more attractive than Standard, but it does not display all its content instantly, requiring the user to click on the notification for it to be displayed in full.
Set posts and channels
In Crewhu, go to Setup > Integrations and locate the MS Teams section:
1- Post Café Messages: In this subsection, is possible to select separated channels for the posts of automated badges for positive surveys, recognition badges, and messages sent on the Café feed.
2- Post Customer Ratings: In this subsection, is possible to select separated channels and different workflows for the posts, by rating.
3- Post all to a unique channel: Flag this option if you want to collapse the subsections and have all the posts into the same channels.
Notes:
→ It is possible to select multiple channels or none from the drop-downs;
→ MS Teams only enables Crewhu to post into public channels;
→ Positive rating and Survey badges posts are different (Click here to learn more).

Give Badge
If your account on Crewhu contemplates the Badges feature, once the integration is properly set, the Crewhu tab will display a Give Badge form. You and your team can give recognition without leaving Microsoft Teams:
The badges exchanged by your crew will be posted into the channel selected on Crewhu (Click here to learn more).

Types of posts

Survey Badges
Automated badges for positive ratings are set by survey type by going to Setup > CSAT Surveys > CSAT Settings.
This MS Teams post displays the rating face and label, the name of the company and contact (if available), the employee and value rewarded, and the comment (if existent).

Recognition Badges
This post displays the names of the badge giver, the receiver, the badge, its value (if existent), and the message.

Automated Badges

- On Badges type of post, the image shown will always be the one set as Avatar on your Profile.

Café Message
This post displays the messages left on the Café feed.

The "Click here to comment" redirects to the message on Crewhu.

Positive/Neutral/Negative Ratings
These posts display the rating face and label, the name of the company and contact (if available), the employee assigned, the survey tags selected, the ticket number and summary (if existent), and the comment (if existent).
The "Open to Crewhu" button redirects to the survey form in Survey History. The "See Ticket" button redirects to the ticket in your PSA.

Note:
- The positive rating can be posted even if there is no automated badge set.
- The "Open in Crewhu" button works depending on the permissions for employees to see Survey history. One may not be able to open the history, though the button will always be available to click on it.
