Privileges
In order to activate the privileges, follow the following steps:
- Go to System > Security Roles;
- Click on Crewhu (access this article to know more about Creating a role ID and set permissions);
- Click on the System menu, and set the permissions to All, as in the image below:

Set up Custom Menu
- Go to System > Setup Tables;
- Click on Custom Menu Entry:
- Click on "+" to add a new menu, and fill it out like in the image below;
- Menu Caption: Crewhu;
- Menu Location: Service Desk;
- Image: You can upload Crewhu's logo (attached at the bottom of the page);
- Link: https://web.crewhu.com/#/
- Open in New Window: Leave this option disabled in order to open Crewhu inside CW;
Note:
In order to update the changes, you have to refresh the page, or to logout and login again;
Go to Service Desk and check if the menu item for Crewhu has been added. Once you click on it, you will be redirected to login to Crewhu's platform, and start using it inside Connect Wise.
