Introduction
Lifecycle Insights and Lifecycle Manager are ScalePad's vCIO and customer success platforms. They connect to Crewhu through the Crewhu Open API, pulling your CSAT and NPS data so you can bring customer satisfaction into client reports and business reviews.
- Lifecycle Insights: Crewhu data feeds a Crewhu report and a dashboard tile for each company you map.
- Lifecycle Manager: Crewhu data appears in the analytics section and in Deliverables, ready for QBRs.
The integration is built and maintained by ScalePad. On the Crewhu side, you only need to create an Open API token; everything else is configured in ScalePad. The connection is read-only, so nothing in Crewhu changes.
Important: Before you begin, make sure you have admin access to Crewhu Integration Settings. On the ScalePad side, Lifecycle Insights requires the Crewhu permission in your Security Group, and Lifecycle Manager requires ScalePad Hub Administrator access or the Manage Sync Settings permission.
Create the Open API Token in Crewhu
In Crewhu, go to Settings > Integrations and check the Open API box:
In Open API Access Tokens, click Add, name the token (for example Lifecycle Insights or Lifecycle Manager) and click Confirm. Then, click Save at the top of the page and copy the token.
Note:
Create one token per tool. If you ever need to disconnect ScalePad, you can remove its token without affecting other integrations such as BrightGauge or Power BI.

For Lifecycle Insights you also need your Crewhu ID. Still in Crewhu, click the arrow next to your name, select Company Profile and copy the Crewhu ID.
Connect Crewhu to Lifecycle Insights
Open Lifecycle Insights, go to Integrations and select the Crewhu tile. Fill in:
- API URL: select the Crewhu API URL from the dropdown.
- Client ID: your Crewhu ID.
- Client Secret: the Open API token you created.
Click Save Settings.
Map Your Companies
Once saved, Lifecycle Insights pulls the company list from Crewhu and shows it in a table. For each Crewhu company, select the matching Lifecycle Insights company in the dropdown, then check Integration Enabled for every company whose data you want to see.
- Refresh Companies updates the list with new companies from Crewhu.
- AutoMap Companies matches companies automatically. Review the results, since automatic matches may not always be correct.
Note:
Crewhu companies come from the customer data sent with each survey, through your PSA integration or snippet. If a company is missing from the list, it may not have received a survey yet.
View Crewhu Data
For each company with the integration enabled, a Crewhu report is available under More Reports, with summary and detail views of CSAT scores, response rates and survey data.
You can filter by reporting period, export to Word or PDF, save it to the report locker, or use it in Report Builder. A Crewhu tile is also available on the dashboard.

Connect Crewhu to Lifecycle Manager
In Lifecycle Manager, only the Open API token is needed. Hover over the Settings icon and click Integrations, then click Add Integration and search for Crewhu.
Paste the token in Api Token and click Connect now to start the sync.
Crewhu data shows in the analytics section for clients with Lifecycle Manager X features enabled, and in Deliverables, so you can present satisfaction scores, trends and customer feedback in your QBRs.

Troubleshooting Common Issues
Duplicate Companies
If the same customer reaches Crewhu with different IDs (for example, one named and one numeric), it shows up more than once in ScalePad. Duplicates can't be merged in ScalePad, so contact support@crewhu.com with the company names, and the team will review them.
Fewer Ratings Than in Crewhu
Check that the company is mapped and has Integration Enabled checked, and click Refresh Companies. Ratings tied to unmapped or disabled companies are not shown.
Connection Errors
Make sure the Open API box is still checked in Crewhu and the token has not been removed. If needed, create a new token and update it in ScalePad.
Note:
Questions about the ScalePad screens, reports or sync go to ScalePad support. Questions about the data coming from Crewhu go to support@crewhu.com.
