Introduction
The Culture Impact is a feature inside Crewhu Hub that allows you to explore how your teammates contribute to recognition, engagement, and company culture.
Instead of just seeing activity in the feed, you can now click on any colleague and discover a deeper view of their participation across the platform!
This feature is designed to encourage curiosity, strengthen team connections, and make recognition more meaningful by helping you understand how others interact with feedback, badges, and team initiatives.
How to Access
You can access any Culture Impact profile directly from the Hub:
- Go to the Crewhu Hub.
- Navigate through the feed (posts, badges, or surveys).
- Click on any employee name or avatar.
Once clicked, a profile view will open with that user’s Culture Impact details.
Note:
You can access this from anywhere in the Hub where a user appears, including recognition posts and survey interactions.
What’s on Your Screen
The Culture Impact provides a centralized view of a teammate’s activity and presence within your company.
1. Employee Information
At the top of the profile, you may see:
- Name and avatar
- Team or department
- Location
- Time with the company
- Birthday (if available)
2. Culture Impacts
How the teammate participates in recognition:
- Badges given to others
- Badges received
- Hypes received
3. Customer & Team Impact
This part highlights how the employee contributes to the team and customer experience, including:
- Participation in surveys
- Positive feedback received
- Achievements and goals completed
- Contest participation
4. Recognition Interactions
When viewing someone else’s profile, you can also see your direct recognition relationship:
- How many times you’ve recognized them
- How many times they’ve recognized you
If you’re viewing your own profile, you’ll instead see:
- Total recognition sent
- Total recognition received
Important: It is possible to select the time period for viewing the data, displaying the last 30 days or the entire time period. Keep in mind that this profile is designed as a read-only experience.
The goal of the Culture Impact feature is not competition, but visibility, appreciation, and discovery of how people contribute to your company culture.
It transforms the Hub into more than just a feed, it becomes a place to discover, connect, and celebrate your team.
By making recognition and engagement more visible, your team can build stronger relationships and a more connected company culture.
