Manage your Prizes

On the CrewHu platform, employees have the opportunity to redeem prizes through the Prize Store feature. Our Prize Store offers both manual and automated prizes to cater to various preferences. Manual prizes provide flexibility, as employees can choose anything they desire, from gift cards to personalized rewards as company t-shirts, day offs, and so on.

Note: Processing manual prizes requires an admin's intervention, as they are responsible for providing the chosen prize to the employee manually.

Add Prizes

If you want to have different prizes, like a day off or maybe a customized water bottle, you can add it to the manual prizes list. Go to Settings > Recognition > Prizes List and click on Add. 

Fill in the information and choose an image for the prize you are adding.

• Description: This is the name of the prize that will appear for your users.
• Taxable: This is a checkbox that allows you to monitor via your Prizes report the amount of taxable prizes given. It only gives you the information regarding the prize for accountability purposes.

Important!
If you do not know if your prize should be taxable, we strongly recommend checking this with your accounting team.

• URL: There, you can optionally add the URL for the prize processing. This is only visible to admins when processing the prize.
• Crewhu Bucks: The prize's price.
• Location: Here you can limit the prize availability for specific locations of your company's structure.
• Image: Fill in with a good image of the prize for illustration.

Remove Prizes

To remove prizes, go to your Prizes List, and click on the prize you want to remove. If the prize was already redeemed once, it will be inactivated. If the prize was never redeemed, it will be removed from the list.

Process Redeemed Prizes

For manual prizes, they are not automatically processed. Do not forget to check the Prizes menu under the Rewards and Recognition Section for pending prizes. Those were redeemed, and they're waiting for your action.

Click on the pending prize and process it accordingly.
