You can choose from 3 different types of frequency:
Every
Every X of years, the employee will receive Y amount of CrewHu bucks.
Example:
Every time 3 years, the employee will receive 1000 CrewHu bucks.
- If Mickey Mouse completed 6 years in the company, he'll receive 1,000 CrewHu bucks because it's EVERY 3 years.
On
On the X year, the employee will receive Y amount of CrewHu bucks.
Example:
On the 3rd year, the employee will receive 2000 CrewHu bucks
- If Donald Duck completed 3 years in the company, he'll receive 2,000 CrewHu bucks.
- If Donald Duck completed 2 years, he won't receive any CrewHu buck if there's no other rule set besides this one.
From
From X year to Z year, the employee will receive Y amount of CrewHu bucks every year.
Example:
From year 2 to year 5, the employee will receive 8,000 CrewHu bucks every year.
- If Minnie Mouse completed 2 years in the company, she'll receive 8,000 CrewHu bucks.
- If Minnie Mouse completed 4 years in the company, she'll receive 8,000 CrewHu bucks.
- If Minnie Mouse completed 6 years, she won't receive any CrewHu buck if there's no other rule set besides this one.
Tips and Tricks
It's recommended to avoid adding a lot of different rules with every, from and on. The rules add up if there's more than 1 rule for the same year. Example:
Every 1 means that every year the employee receives 2,500
Every 2 means that every 2 years the employee receives 5,000
From 3 to 10: means that from the 3rd to the 30th year they receive 10,000
Example: If Mickey Mouse completed 2 years at the company, he'll receive 5,000 + 2,500 bucks. The rules are adding up since they are cumulative.
Example: If Donald Duck completed 6 years at the company, he'll receive 10,000 + 5,000 + 2,500 bucks. The rules are adding up since they are cumulative.
💡Best practice: If you want to increase the amount of CrewHu bucks awarded depending on the tenure, the best rules would be "On" and "From" selecting different amount of years. |
