Introduction
Pulse NPS is Crewhu's new NPS tool - built from the ground up to be faster, simpler, and fully integrated into the platform you already use every day. No complicated setup, no switching between tools. Create a campaign, send it to your customers, and track results all in one place.
In this article you'll find a step-by-step walkthrough of Pulse NPS: from accessing the module to analyzing your campaign results.
How to Access Pulse NPS
Campaign List
The Campaigns screen shows all NPS campaigns created in your account. Each row displays the campaign name, status, NPS Score, number of Promoters, Passives, and Detractors, and total contacts.
To create a new campaign, click the Create button in the top right. A modal will appear asking you to select the campaign type:
Test Campaign - your employees are the recipients. Use this to preview the full experience before sending to real contacts.
Real Campaign - your external contacts are the recipients.
Creating a Campaign
Campaign creation has three steps, shown in the progress bar at the top: Survey Setup, Add Audience, and Actions.
Step 1: Survey Setup
Survey Setup is split into three tabs on the left: Email, Survey Page, and Thank You.
Email is where you configure what your contacts will receive in their inbox. You have full control over every field here - and you can also select the domain from which the emails will be sent.
Survey Page customizes the page your contacts land on after clicking a score in the email. From here, they can select Sentiment Drivers and leave written feedback before submitting - and even if they don't hit submit, their score is still captured automatically.
The Thank You tab has three independent pages - one per response type. Each comes pre-written with a tone that fits the moment: celebratory for Promoters, empathetic for Passives, and urgent for Detractors. Feel free to customize each one with your own message - you can even add GIFs to make it more memorable.
Step 2: Add Audience
Add Audience is where you upload the contacts who will receive this campaign. Click "Add Contacts" and a modal will walk you through the process - including a CSV template you can download to get started.
Step 3: Actions
Actions is the final step before launching your campaign. Here you can set up automations that trigger automatically when a response arrives - for now, email notifications sent to specific employees. Each action is tied to a response type (Promoter, Passive, or Detractor), and you can add as many as you need. More action types are coming soon.
Once your Actions are set, click Launch Campaign in the bottom right corner to send the survey to your contacts.
Analytics
After launching, go to NPS > Analytics to see your results.
By default, Analytics shows data from all your campaigns. Use the Filters button in the top right to narrow it down by campaign - your selection will update the Score, Distribution, and Responses table all at once.
Score displays a gauge with your overall NPS Score, along with a breakdown of Promoters, Passives, and Detractors - showing both the count and percentage of each.
Distribution displays a bar chart showing the count of responses by rating, from 0 to 10.
The Responses table shows all the data from each individual response - Campaign, Company, Contact, Sentiment Drivers selected, and Written Feedback. You can also customize which columns are visible to fit your view.
