Sync ConnectWise members
In Crewhu, go to Settings > Organization > Employees:
Click the "+Add" button at the top right corner and select the "Sync with ConnectWise" option:
If your integration is already set up, the partner data will be displayed in the fields shown below. Click the "Enable ConnectWise Sync" button.
To create a new integration from scratch click here.
After configuring the connection to ConnectWise, click on "Test Integration" to enable the "Sync" button.
Note:
It is possible to save the page without checking the "Enable ConnectWise Sync" box. The integration data and the settings will be saved but the synchronization will not occur.

How employees are matched between ConnectWise and CrewHu?
The integration looks for a match of email PLUS at least ONE employee ID. Therefore, the emails that are found at ConnectWise must be an exact match with the ones at CrewHu profile. And, if the email is a match, but there's no ID on Crewhu that matches the CW ID, it won't sync.
Note: Employee ID at CrewHu needs to be an EXACT match, mirroring the case sensitivity, special characters, and spacing of their ID in ConnectWise
Members Info
Status

It refers to the status in ConnectWise of members that will be synced with Crewhu.
- Active: An active user profile will be created in Crewhu for all your CW members currently active.
- All: Crewhu will create a user account for all employees in CW. Active members on CW will be set as active in Crewhu. Inactive members on CW will be set as inactive in Crewhu.

Crewhu Profile
The Crewhu Profile indicates which user profile ConnectWise members will assume in Crewhu. The drop-down will display the list of active profiles on your Crewhu account.

Invite Employees
Select which invitation method you prefer.
- Automatically: Crewhu will send an email to all new active users created with a link to create the passwords at the time of synchronization.
- Manually: Someone in the account will send the invitations manually.

Filters
Filters allow the admin to choose the types of members in ConnectWise that will be synced with Crewhu.
It is possible to select all, none, one, or multiple options.
- Only members of the selected types will be synchronized.
- If no option is selected, no members will be synchronized.
Click the "Sync" button at the top right corner to save your settings.
A popover confirming that the Employee Sync was configured will appear. Click "Ok, Got it" to confirm.
Important:
It can take up to 24 hours for the synchronization to be completed
