CSAT Widget
The CSAT dashboard homepage widget is a powerful tool that can help our customers monitor and better understand their customer satisfaction scores in real-time.
One of the key benefits of this widget is the ability to benchmark, i.e. compare our client's CSAT scores to industry averages. This comparison allows our clients to assess their company's performance against their competitors and identify areas where they can excel in the marketplace.
The CSAT Widget presents the following data to the user:
- CSAT Score: The company's CSAT Score, based on surveys completed in the last 30 days and comparison with the CSAT Score in the previous 30 days
- Number of responses: The total number of surveys answered in the last 30 days, compared to the same value in the previous period.
- Number of positive surveys: The total number of positive surveys in the last 30-day period, compared to the same value in the previous period.
- Number of neutral surveys: The total number of neutral surveys over the past 30-day period, compared to the same value for the previous period.
- Number of negative surveys: The total number of negative surveys over the past 30 days, compared to the same amount for the previous period.
- Benchmark Ranking: The company's benchmark ranking. This ranking is calculated based on the company's CSAT Score relating to the average CSAT Score of all surveys collected by Crewhu in the period. For comparison purposes, there are 4 ranking ranges, lower third, middle third, upper third, and Badass.
