Badge Engagement Widget
The Badge Engagement widget allows you to view your team's level of engagement through metrics based on celebrating day-to-day victories.
With this feature, you can quickly identify team engagement and take action to improve employee morale and retention. By having access to this data, it is possible to make informed decisions that positively impact both the company and its teams.
The Badge Engagement widget is structured as follows:
- Badge engagement score: The Badge Engagement Score is the relative number that determines the company's situation in relation to this metric. It is the percentage of employees involved in exchanging badges (between givers and receivers) in relation to the total number of employees in the company. For example, a company with 100 employees had 70 employees exchange badges with each other in the last 30 days, between givers and receivers. This represents a Badge Engagement Score of 70.00%.
In addition to the Score for the last 30 days, a comparison of the value with the previous 30 days should also be displayed. For example, in the 30 days prior to the last 30 days, the score was 60.00%, in this case we have an increase of 16.00% (the percentage difference compared to last month). - Totalizers: Totalizers are divided into:
- # Badges Given: total value of badges that were distributed
- # Givers: total number of employees who gave badges
- # Receivers: total number of employees who received badges
- Badge Engagement Scale: The badge engagement scale is a visual representation, in radar chart format, of the company's score that presents the pre-defined scale values.
The assigned scale is fixed, showing the values of 25%, 50% and 100%. These numbers represent an engagement scale defined as:- 25% or less: represents a disengaged company;
- between 25% and 50%: represents a company in the process of engagement;
- above 50%: represents an engaged company.
- Benchmark Ranking: Represents the relative position of the user in relation to the score of other Crewhu companies. Its scale is dynamic, being calculated based on the percentage of ranking scores.
- The lowest 33% scores of all companies are calculated, and the two values (maximum and minimum) of this range are obtained;
- The following 33% scores are calculated and the two values (maximum and minimum) of this range are obtained;
- The following 24% scores are calculated and the two values (maximum and minimum) of this range are obtained.
