Sometimes we have employees at ConnectWise account that will not use CrewHu, therefore, they don't need to have a CrewHu profile. Since the employee sync from CW will update the Employee List based on CW database, it's important to set the employee settings correctly.
Important: If an employee is associated with any 'member type' selected for synchronization, their profile will be automatically reactivated, even if it has been deleted.
1- Go to Settings > Organization > Employee > +Add < Sync with ConnectWise:
2- Choose the member type that you want to have synchronized, making sure that you have a specific member type for the employees that will not be added at CrewHu:
It is possible to select all, none, one, or multiple options.
- Only members of the selected types will be synchronized.
- If no option is selected, no members will be synchronized.
3- Save and Sync
