Introduction
Code Two Email Signatures for Office 365 is an email signature manager that makes it easy to keep your email signature consistent across Office 365. The below section describes how to add our 1- Click signature survey to your crew's email signature.
Inserting Crewhu's one-click surveys to email signatures added by CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365 provides many opportunities:

Within Crewhu
Export the list of users with respective Crewhu ID
The first thing that needs to be done for this is to export your list of employees. The required data is the userID, available in the first column of the CSV that can be exported from your Employee List.
Turn on Signature Surveys
- In your Crewhu account, locate, in the left menu, the Surveys > CSAT:
- Scroll down the page until you see the Signature Surveys menu. Turn it on and select the configuration according to desire.
1) Checkbox to activate the Signature feature.
2) Select the positions which will have the Signature snippet available in their user profile.
3) Activate gamification badge and value (optional). A recommended value is 100 Crewhu bucks.
4) Choose extra fields to identify survey respondee.

- Press View/Copy:
- Click Source Code:
- Copy to clipboard:
- Paste into a text editor or simply keep it on your clipboard until ready to paste into Code Two signature templates
Within Office 365 (CodeTwo)
Add the snippet to Office 365 signature template
- Start with creating a new signature rule and naming it:
- Then go to the Email direction tab and choose external only so only users outside of your company can respond;
- Next, switch to the Design tab, choose or create a template and click Edit signature:
- In the opened signature editor, you will need to click the <> Insert HTML snippet button to insert your CrewHu one-click survey:
- Now, paste the HTML code copied in step 7 in the above Turn on Signature Surveys in Crewhu and get Crewhu survey snippet section. If you want the graphics to be embedded into the email signature, mark the checkbox at the bottom part of the window. Then, click Insert:
- Back in the Editor, right-click any rating button and select Edit hyperlink;
- In the Insert hyperlink window, find the user’s id, and replace it with the custom Exchange attribute you will use. For example, if you will choose Custom Attribute 1, replace the user’s id with {ExchAttr1}, available only for the on-premises version of Code Two. Finally, accept the changes and repeat steps 6-7 for other rating buttons:

If you are not being able to set the placeholders in hyperlinks, you might have to edit the Code Two template in HTML source mode, and keep the "{}" properly; - As an option, you can surround the survey with the remove text ({rt}) tags. This way, only users who have user IDs will get one-click surveys in their email signatures:
Add the employee unique ID in Crewhu and add to Office 365
- Now head on to your Office 365 tenant and click the Admin button to go to Admin center:
- In the Admin center use the left menu to view your Active users:
- In this view, choose the user whose Crewhu ID you have, go to Mail Settings tab and click Edit Exchange properties:
- In this new window, click More options and edit your user’s custom attributes:
- Here, paste the User ID taken from Crewhu of the right user (Obtained here: Export the list of users with respective Crewhu ID) into one of the custom attribute fields, as shown below. Repeat this for all users - remember to always paste IDs into the same custom attribute field (the same number) for every user:
*Note: that in order to use Exchange custom attributes in CodeTwo Email Signatures for Office 365, you will need to make sure that they are in sync.
