Metrics That Matter
Tracking the Sales Metrics will help MSPs to make the sales funnel more efficient.

Number of Calls
The purpose of this metric is to identify if the sales team is performing calls.

Number of Appointments
This metric is to measure if the sales employees are setting appointments.

Number of Opportunities
The goal here is to measure how many opportunities are being set.

Number of Opportunities Closed Won
This metric is to measure how many opportunities are closed as won.

How Does it Work?
Bring tickets data from Connectwise
In order to get the data, you have to go to Settings > CSAT and enable the "Bring ticket data from PSA" option, as shown:

API Permissions in Connectwise
As Crewhu needs to get data from Connectwise to populate the contest(s), some permissions need to be enabled in the Crewhu API in Connectwise. In order to do that, in CW, go to System > Security Role > Crewhu, and select the "All" option to "Closed Opportunity" and "Opportunity" under the Sales menu, as shown:
Keep in mind that this level of access is only an inquire level (get), not allowing addition, edition, and deletion to the integration.

Creating a Contest
Go to Operations > Contests and click the "+Add" button to create a new contest.
Choose "ConnectWise Metrics" as the contest Source and select the metric from the drop-down, as shown below:
