What are Crewhu metrics?
Crewhu metrics are based on internal activity that will be updated and rewarded automatically.
In this article, you will find our current three automated metrics that can be used to create a KPI and then a contest to help reward or correct a specific behavior.
You can create a contest based on a single metric or create personalized Scores combining more than one metric. Click the link to learn more about Scores and Contests.

- Positive Rating
# of positive ratings received by the contestants on the chosen timeframe - Positive Rating with Comments
# of positive ratings with written feedback received by the contestants on the chosen timeframe - Neutral Rating
# of neutral ratings received by the contestants on the chosen timeframe - Bad Rating
# of bad ratings received by the contestants on the chosen timeframe

- Badges Given
# of badges given by the contestants on the chosen timeframe - Peer Badges Received
# of badges with peer level received by the contestants on the chosen timeframe - Manager Badges Received
# of badges with manager level received by the contestants on the chosen timeframe - Executive Badges Received
# of badges with executive level received by the contestants on the chosen timeframe - Unique Users that award a badge
# of unique givers of the badges (all levels) received by the contestants on the chosen timeframe - Unique badges received

- Goals Achieved

- Promoters
# of promoter ratings received (rate 9 and 10) received by the contestants on the chosen timeframe - Promoters with Comments
# of promoter ratings received (rate 9 and 10) containing written comments received by the contestants on the chosen timeframe - Passives
# of passive ratings received (rate 7 and 8) received by the contestants on the chosen timeframe - Detractors

- #of Positive Survey Tags
Count of all tags selected by the end-user or added by the company on positive ratings received by the contestants on the chosen timeframe - Average of Tags per survey
Measures the average number of tags selected by the end-user or added by the company on positive ratings received by the contestants on the chosen timeframe - # of a Specific Positive Survey Tag
Count of specific tags, chosen from a drop-down, selected by the end-user, or added by the company on positive ratings received by the contestants on the chosen timeframe
