Requirements

- Have a CSAT survey history;

How to Do It

There are 3 options to export the survey history from Crewhu:

1. Survey History Page

• Go to CSAT Menu, filter the surveys as you wish, and click on Download > Download CSV, as shown:

A CSV file will be downloaded. 

Note:
For this option, it will be downloaded up to 200 surveys only.

2. CSAT Details Report

• Go to Reports > CSAT Details, select the timeframe you want, group by none, and click on Apply Filters.

After checking the results, click on the Download CSV button to download a CSV file with the results.

Note:
If you want to bring older surveys, you have to select the timeframe From/To, and select a larger period of time.

3. Open API

• Go to Settings > Integrations, click on the +Add button, and create a Token to be able to bring the surveys through our API:

In order to connect to our API, you can use a third software such as Excel, Power BI, or other. Refer to this article to know more about Power BI Integration with our API.

This option requires higher expertise. Refer to this article to know more about how to use our Open API.
