Generating Survey Links for an Employee

To generate a survey link for an employee, copy the template survey link and replace the placeholders [YourCompanyID] and [EmployeeID] with the appropriate values.

Finding Company and Employee IDs

CompanyID

Go to your profile picture at the top right and select Company Profile to navigate to your Company Profile Page on Crewhu.

Copy the Crewhu ID. 

EmployeeID:

• Go to Settings > Organization > Employees.
• Click on the employee's profile.
• The EmployeeID is part of the URL of the employee's profile.

Creating a List of Survey Links

1. Download the Employee List:

• Go to the Settings > Organization > Employees.
• Download the employee list as a CSV file. This file will contain all the Employee IDs.

2. Generate Links:

Use the template link and replace `[YourCompanyID]` and `[EmployeeID]` with the actual values from your downloaded list.
