Within Crewhu

Before starting to set up Exclaimer, some data is required from within Crewhu.

Export the list of users

The first thing that needs to be done for this is to export your list of employees. The required data is the userID, available in the first column of the CSV that can be exported from your Employee List.

Retrieve your company ID.

Download the template

We have prepared a ready-made Exclaimer template, which can be downloaded at the end of this article.

Import the template

To import the template within Exclaimer, locate the import button on the Signatures page.

Modify the necessary data

Once you have imported the survey, you will see three images corresponding to each of the possible evaluations.

First step: Image source

Select one of the images, click on Image source, and replace the link with that of your company. Repeat the process for all three images.

The link should be like this, replacing the placeholder with your companyID, which you obtained previously on this guide:

Second step: Hyperlink

Select one of the images and go to Hyperlink. Change the Destination URL according to your company like this:

Third step: The labels

Make sure to change the labels in the template to something of your personal preferences. To do this, simply click on the text box and edit it.

Create the custom attribute

You will need to create the custom attribute mentioned in the Destination URL, which should contain the EmployeeID obtained in the first step of this tutorial through the CSV of Crewhu users.
