How to Change Survey Faces in Crewhu

Refreshing your survey faces can keep customers engaged! Here’s how:

Log in to your Crewhu account, go to Surveys > CSAT in the left menu.
Under Survey Settings, click the dropdown next to Rating Type to see the available faces. Select one, like Christmas - Do you wanna build a snowman? for a festive vibe.
Click the green Save button to apply your changes.

That’s it! Your new survey face is ready to delight your customers. 🎉
