What's One-off NPS manual reminder?
The manual reminder sending feature allows the administrator to send manual reminders to customers who have not yet responded to the NPS survey. The goal is to increase the response rate, ensuring that no eligible customer is left without a reminder. This manual reminder follows the same format and content as the automatic reminders and is trackable in the response interface, showing information such as sent, opened, and bounce status.
Send an individual manual reminder
For eligible customers who have not responded yet and have already received all automatic reminders, you will see the option to send an individual manual reminder. Click the envelope icon in the customer’s row.
Once clicked, the manual reminder will be sent with the same default content as the automatic reminders.
Send a manual reminder for all contacts
There is also the option to send a manual reminder to all eligible contacts at once. To do so, simply click the ‘Send Reminder’ option located at the top of the Answers table.
It is important to note that the manual reminder will only be sent to users who have not yet responded to the survey and do not have any reminders pending.
Track the sending status
After sending the manual reminder, the tracking status will be displayed on the campaign screen, in the same Emails Sent column. The tracking information (sent, opened, bounce) will be shown with icons indicating the progress of the reminder.
If you want more details about the sending, you can hover over the icons to see the date of each reminder in a tooltip.
Limitations and rules
There is no limit to how many manual reminders can be sent. You can send as many manual reminders as needed to increase the response rate, as long as the customer is eligible.
Remember: the manual reminder is only enabled after all automatic reminders have been sent, and it will not be sent to contacts who have already responded to the survey.
