Business Purpose
What is it?
Our new BVoIP integration will allow you to bring call information from your service desk and sales team into your Crewhu account and set up contests for metrics that will lead to higher customer satisfaction and more sales.
Why does this matter?
Maintaining a results-based culture starts by measuring the right metrics! By syncing call data coming through BVoIP to Crewhu’s contests module, service desk and sales teams can track and measure their team’s phone activities and understand what efforts are paying off and which can be improved. Now you can easily recognize your employees for a job well done by focusing on the metrics and habits that will not only help the individual but also the team and the organization as a whole.

Metrics That Matter
Track your team's calls effortlessly and engage your employees with contests and rewards. Here we’ve integrated three key metrics from BVoIP into our Crewhu contest module to help you better measure your phone activities for higher employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and sales.
% Answered calls (queue)
The purpose of this metric is to identify the people or teams who are more responsive to queue calls.
Rule: Answered calls divided by the number of incoming queue calls filtered by the specified date range.
% Answered calls (direct)
The purpose of this metric is to identify the people or teams who are more responsive to direct calls.
Rule: Answered calls divided by the number of incoming direct calls filtered by the specified date range.
Number of outbound calls per Employee / Team
This metric is to measure how many calls your sales employees or teams are making.
Rule: A count on the number of outbound calls made by each agent filtered by the specified date range.
Number of inbound calls per Employee / Team
The goal here is to measure how many calls your service desk employees or teams are answering.
Rule: A count on the number of inbound calls answered by each agent filtered by the specified date range.

How Does it Work?
Integrating Crewhu and BVoIP
- On BVoIP: Go to Portal 1stream, click the "Administration" menu and select "Manage Organization" from the list:
Locate the "Client API Keys" section, click the "+" button to add a new key, name it as "crewhu" and press "Save":
- On Crewhu: Go to Setup > Integrations and locate the "BVoIP" section, to activate the integration:
1- Flag the checkbox to enable the integration;
2 - Paste the API Key created on BVoIP;
3 - Click the button to test the integration.

Creating a Contest
Go to Operations > Contests and click the "+Add" button to create a new contest.
Choose "BVoIP Metrics" as the contest Source:
And select the option from the "Metric (BVoIP)" drop-down:
