Introduction
Survey tags are an essential tool for gathering detailed insights from your customer feedback. By using tags, you can categorize and analyze specific aspects of your customer interactions, leading to more actionable insights. This guide will walk you through the process of creating, managing, and utilizing survey tags within Crewhu.
Creating and Managing Survey Tags
Navigate to the Tags Section:
Go to Customer Feedback> Tags. Here, you will find the list of all existing tags.
Creating New Tags:
- Click on the Add button.
- Enter a descriptive name for your tag that clearly defines its purpose.
- Click Save to add the tag to your list.
Activating and Deactivating Tags:
- In the Tags list, you will see the current status of each tag.
- To deactivate a tag, click the Inactivate button next to the tag you wish to disable.
- To reactivate a tag, click the Activate button next to any deactivated tag.
Using Tags in Surveys
Main CSAT
Once you have created and managed your tags, you can select which tags to use in your customer surveys. For the Main CSAT, you can enable or disable the Tag by checking/unchecking the box that says "Use in .... Surveys" as you can see in the image above.
Custom CSAT
For Custom CSAT Surveys, you select specific Tags to use. Go to Settings > Surveys > Custom CSAT and navigate to the Type of Survey settings to check the boxes next to the tags you wish to include:
